What are the Trademark Application and Other Trademark Processing Times?

A-) Examination and Research Period;

B-) Official Trademark Bulletin Publication Period;

The legal publication period in the trademark bulletin is 3 months. During this publication period, other trademark owners are informed, and owners of similar trademarks can exercise their right to object. If there are no objections, the registration phase begins.

C-) Registration Phase;

If there are no objections and within the legal time frame given by the TPI, any missing fees and documents are completed. Your trademark application will be finalized, and the "Trademark Registration Certificate" will be obtained within an average of 15-20 business days.
